Two black Labradors Lucky, right, and Flo received medals for their hard work sniffing out DVD’s in an effort to stop video pirates. These two labs are the first dogs in the world to identify optical discs by the scene of their chemicals. The twosome helped unearth 1.6 million DVDs and other optical discs, three DVD replicating machines and 97 compact disc burners, worth $6 million. Twenty-six people were arrested during the raids.
Lucky and Flo were loaned to the Malaysian government in March by the Motion Picture Association, a U.S.-based watchdog.
It’s amazing what dogs can do!
